The clients contacted me this time because they already knew my way of working for a project we did in their apartment in the center of Alicante. This time, they wanted to give a new and more functional use to this front line apartment and turn it into a first home. The challenge was to get more space, more comfort and quality in materials and finishes to make it a home that could withstand daily use.

The premises were: to modernize the spaces, redistribute the day area and provide a higher quality of finishes to the house.
